What is a Russian Manicure?

A Russian Manicure is a specialized “dry” technique that uses an electric file (e-file) to meticulously clean and remove excess cuticle and dead skin around the nail bed. Unlike traditional manicures, we do not soak your hands in water. This allows for extreme precision, a cleaner look, and a surface that is perfectly prepped for long-lasting polish.

How long does it last?

Because the Russian technique allows us to apply polish closer to the cuticle line, your manicure will look “fresh” for much longer. Most clients at Noor Nail Salon enjoy a flawless finish for 3 to 4 weeks.

Is the Russian technique safe?
